St. Louis, Missouri criminal defense lawyer represented the Defendant charged with possession
intent to distribute drugs and felony possession of a firearm.


Outcome: The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of: 150 months. This term consists of a term of 150 months on each of Counts 1, 2, and 4, all such terms to be served concurrently. Upon release from imprisonment, the defendant shall be on supervised release for a term of: five (5) years. This term consists of a term of five years on each of Counts 1 and 2 and three years on Count 4, all such terms to run concurrently. Special Assessment of $300.00 due immediately.
