Christopher Martin, age 35, was accused of assaulting people at a transit station with a hammer and killing one person.

Martin walking in the area of 4th Avenue and Pike Street waving a hammer and yelling at people. Martin then approached the victim, 53-year-old Shawn Grenzebach, at the bus stop and struck him in the head with a hammer.
