Outcome: AGREED ORDER STAYING CASE AND COMPELLING BINDING ARBITRATION AS TO CLAIMS AGAINST CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION - Pursuant to the agreement of the Plaintiffs, Joseph Wiseman and Beth Wiseman (collectively "Plaintiffs"), and Defendant, Credit Acceptance Corporation ("Credit Acceptance"), their Consent Motion is hereby GRANTED, dkt. 10 , and is hereby ORDERED that: Plaintiffs and Credit Acceptance will advance any and all claims against one another in a binding arbitration proceeding as provided for in the governing arbitration provision. This case is STAYED as to the claims against Credit Acceptance until the resolution of the arbitration. The Clerk is directed to PROCEDURALLY CLOSE this case in light of the Parties' Consent Motion. The Parties shall file a notice on the docket within thirty (30) days of the resolution of the arbitration.
