: Having conferenced with counsel on August 20, 2024, and observing that this matter proceeded to mediation on August 15, 2024, but has not resolved, and counsel having raised certain issues during the conference call regarding the next steps in this case, and the Court having noted that these issues will require written submissions, it is ORDERED that plaintiff's counsel's letter application shall be filed by September 11, 2024. Defendant's response is due by October 2, 2024, and any reply is due by October 9, 2024. Counsel should continue to meet and confer on the notice issue and once all submissions have been filed and reviewed, a status conference will be set to discuss same.
