Outcome: JUDGMENT as to Bruce Franklin (2), Count(s) 1rs, 4rs, 6rs, 7rs, 10rs, 12rs, 13rs, 14rs, The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of: 204 months. This term consists of a term of 120 months on each of counts one, four, six, seven, ten, twelve, and fourteen, all such terms to be served concurrently, and 84 months on count thirteen, to be served consecutively. This sentence shall run concurrently with any sentence imposed in Circuit Court, St. Louis County, Missouri, under Docket No. 20SL-CR07701 and in Circuit Court, St. Charles, Missouri, under Docket No. 1511-CR04126-01. Upon release from imprisonment, the defendant shall be on supervised release for a term of: five (5) years. This term consists of a term of three years on each of counts one, four, six, seven, ten, twelve, and fourteen, and five years on count thirteen, all such terms to run concurrently. Restitution ordered in the amount of $4,040.59. Special Assessment of $800.00 due immediately.
