First Amendment: Right to freedom of speech and association
Right to religion: Right to practice their religion, as long as it doesn't interfere with their status as a prisoner
Right to privacy: Right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures
Right to adequate medical care: Includes mental health services
Right to be free from racial segregation: Unless it's necessary for security
Right to be free from intentional deprivation of personal property: Right to retain their personal property
Prisoners also have the right to use the courts. If you file a complaint, you should investigate the facts and the law before you do so. If the judge finds that your complaint was not true, they can impose sanctions on you. These sanctions could include a fine, paying the defendant's attorney's fees, or dismissing your complaint
