21 U.S.C. § 841 (a) (1): It is enough for the government to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that [he/she] had in [his/her] possession what [he/she] knew was [controlled substance] and that [he/she] intended to transfer it or some of it to someone else.

Outcome: Defendant is sentenced to a total term of imprisonment of 300 months, consisting of 240 months as to Count 1, 240 months as to Count 2, 60 months as to Count 3, and 120 months as to Count 4. The sentences imposed on Counts 1, 2, and 4 shall run concurrently to each other and the sentence imposed on Count 3 shall run consecutively to Counts 1, 2, and 4. Upon release, the defendant shall serve a supervised release term of five years as to Count 1 and three years as to each of Counts 2, 3, and 4, to be served concurrently. The defendant shall pay a $400.00 special assessment to the Crime Victims' Fund.
