Defendant claimed that he entered into a contract with the prosecutor not to prosecute him for any offense other than driving under suspension.
Outcome: We affirm the defendant's conviction for driving under the influence, one of his convictions for resisting being handcuffed, and one of his convictions for resisting being placed in the cruiser. We vacate two of his convictions for resisting being handcuffed and one of his convictions for resisting being placed in the cruiser, and remand.
