Nora Hurley sued Bowlero Copration and Paul O'Kain claiming that she was a business invitee at Bowlero's Bowling Center in Oklahoma City on September 20, 2021 when she tripped over some bowling balls placed on the floor outside the Pro Shop and was injured. She claimed that she could not see the bowling balls because of dark carpet, poor lighting and the door design of the entry into the Pro Shop that created a trip hazard.
