Francis David Gunseor pled guilty to second degree murder and aggravated battery, Idaho Code §§ 18-4003(g), 18-907. The district court imposed a unified sentence of forty years with twenty-five years determinate for second degree murder and a concurrent sentence of fifteen years determinate for aggravated battery.
