Description: Mellisa Stampf sued Angela Trigg on a malicious prosecution theory claiming that Trigg's claim that Stampf groped her was a lie. She claimed that she tapped Trigg on the shoulder as a greeting. She also claimed that her 30 day suspension from work was more severe because she is a woman, a lesbian and Asian.
The defenses asserted by the defendants are not available.
