Description:
Clifford Straka, age 78, sued Johnson & Johnson and Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. on products liability theories claiming that he blew out two Achilles tendons after taking Levaquin for pneumonia. The claimed that Defendant failed to warn him for the risks associated with the drug. Plaintiff claimed that he doctor was not aware of the risks associated with the drug when she prescribed it to him.
