Description: Hartford, CT - Cynthia Olsen, individually and as the administrator of the estate of Andrew J. Olsen, deceased, sued Dr. Dariush Owlia and Dr. Stephen Bryant on medical negligence (medical malpractice) wrongful death theories claiming that her husband died as a result of substandard healthcare he received from the defendants. Andrew Olsen died at age 67 on January 24, 2008 while being treated by Dr. Owlia who failed to look at an echocardiogram sent Olsen back to Dr. Bryant without recommending treatment for aortic stenosis.
