Family and Estate of Charley Klosterman v. Falling Rock Park, Joe Clark amd Nicholas Snoddy on wrongful death dram shop liability theories claiming that Snoddy was served alcohol by Clark at Falling Rock Park and then was allowed to drive alway and, as a direct result, Klosterman was killed by Snoddy.

Clark denied fault claiming that he did not allow Snoddy to drink on the property and would not have allowed him to drive away had he been intoxicated.

Outcome: Plaintiff's verdict for $10.5 million including $3.02 million in compensatory damages, $5 million for loss of love and affection (consortium) and $2.5 million in punitive damages.
