Description: Lafayette, Louisiana personal injury lawyer represented Plaintiffs, who sued Defendants on product liability theories claiming to have suffered more than $75,000 in damages and/or injuries as a direct result of a defective and unreasonably dangerous product designed, Manufactured and/or sold by Defendants.

Relying solely on Louisiana redhibition law, Linda Phillips and her husband sued the companies that pr oduced the knee implant and bone cement used in her first su rgery. After her revision surgery two years later, they assert that the bone cement used in the first surgery failed.
