Galveston police officers stopped the vehicle being driven by Green in which Daron Scott, age 24, and another man were passengers.
The District Attorney's claimed that Green was involved in the shooting.
Greg Russell, Green's attorney, claimed that Scott was the shooter and Green had nothing to do with it.
Outcome: Not guilty.
