Description: Livingston, Texas criminal defense lawyer represented Defendant charged with manslaughter.

Darrell Wayne Brown was charged with manslaughter for causing the death of Carter Osborn, age 6, who was killed May 8, 2021, when he was run over by an ATV being driven by Brown at Tyrrell Park. The child was at a pre-Maother's Day celebration with him family. He did at a hospital.

Defendant took the stand during the penalty phase of the trail and apologized to the family.

Outcome: Defendant was found guilty. He was sentenced to 10-years in prison.
