Plaintiff alleged that the Mustang was defective and unreasonably dangerous as designed in that the brake fuild resrvoi was not sufficient protected from a crash.
Ford denied that the Mustang was defective or unreasonably dangerous.
The door was the Mustang could not be opened after the accident and the car caught fire.
Outcome: Plaintiff's verdict for $7 million.
