Case Number: 18CR1121
Judge: Edward D. Bronfin
Court: District Court, Denver County, Colorado

Description:
Denver, Colorado criminal defense lawyers represented the Defendant charged with first-degree murder.
Around 9 a.m. on March 1, 2015, Feldman drove the children to Sunday school. The victim had planned to pick them up at noon and take them to a Purim carnival,[1] but she never showed up to school and did not answer her phone when the school's director called her.
Shortly after 1 p.m., Feldman picked the children up from school and took them to the carnival. He and the children returned home around 3 p.m. At 3:21 p.m., Feldman called 911 to report
that he had found the victim unconscious in the bathtub with the shower running.
When emergency personnel arrived, the victim was lying naked on her back on the bathroom floor; Feldman explained that he had pulled her out of the bathtub. The victim had no pulse, and she did not respond to any medical treatment. Bruises and abrasions covered her body.
An autopsy revealed that the victim had sustained almost all of the injuries before her death. A forensic pathologist also discovered that the victim had an enlarged heart and a variety of chronic health conditions, including kidney disease and obesity, all of which put her at an increased risk of death. The pathologist was unable to determine the cause and manner of the victim's death.
