Robert Lee Baker, III was accused of shooting and killing Maurice Antonio Anderson, age 28, of Minneapolis at the Sonesta Suites hotel on Nov. 9, 2020.

Defendant told police that he shot and killed Anderson for robbing him.

Anderson was shot in the head 11 times.

Baker had been out of prison only six months before he killed Anderson with a .40-caliber handgun.
