Description: Harrisburg, PA: Personal injury premises liablity lawyers represented Plaintiff, who sued Defendant on a negligence theory claiming to have suffered more than $75,000 in injuries and/or damages as a direct result of an accident caused by Defendant’s employees.

Plaintiff claimed that he was seriously injured when a 48-pound tire fell on him at a Goodyear Tire & Service Center in Harrisburg on April 15, 2017.

The tire that hit the plaintiff was dropped on him by an employee of the store.

Goodyear admitted liability but contested damages.

Outcome: The jury awarded Amidor $1,313,287 in damages. Most of that involved $955,365 for future lost earnings and $270,000 toward future medical expenses.
