Sinhue Johnson, age 27, of York, Pennsylvania, admitted to sexually assaulting two thirteen-year-old girls, one in 2018 and 2019 and the other in 2020, and enticing those girls to take sexually explicit pictures of themselves. Johnson also admitted that he possessed hundreds of images or videos of child pornography, some of which depicted infants and very young children.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Carlo D. Marchioli prosecuted the case.
Outcome: Defendant was sentenced to 25 years' in prison.
