Todd Wisniewski was convicted of four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC-I), MCL 750.520b(1)(b) (person under 13 years of age), and one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC-II), MCL 750.520c(1)(a) (person under 13 years of age).[1] On June 17, 2022, the trial court sentenced defendant to terms of imprisonment of 25 to 30 years for the CSC-I convictions and 4 to 15 years for the CSC-II conviction, with CSC-I Count 2 to be served consecutively to CSC-I Count 1, and the remaining sentences to be served concurrently.
