(Docs. 21, 27).[1] The parties have consented to proceed before the undersigned Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c)(1). (Docs. 11, 12). Based on the Court's review of the record and issues presented, the Court REVERSES the Commissioner's decision and REMANDS the matter for further proceedings.
