Plaintiffs Devin Dalessio Trucking, LLC and Devin Dalessio brought this action against Defendants Progressive Corporation (“Progressive”) and United Financial Casualty Company, arising out of the cancellation of an insurance policy. In addition to a breach of contract claim Plaintiffs have also alleged a claim of bad faith in violation of 42 Pa. C.S. § 8371,
