Description: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania criminal defense lawyer represented Defendant charged with bank robbery and attempted bank robbery in violation of 18 U.s.C. 2113(a).

Outcome: The Defendant is sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 62 months at Count 1; 62 months at Count 2; 62 months at Count 3; and, 62 months at Count 4. All terms of imprisonment shall run concurrent with one another.
