Description: Martinsburg, West Virginia criminal lawyer represented Defendant charged with distribution of fentanyl.

Briaya Nychelle, 27, from Baltimore, pleaded guilty in December 2021 to one count of “Aiding and Abetting Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl.” Harrington admitted to working with another to distribute fentanyl in March 2021 in Hampshire County.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Lara Omps-Botteicher prosecuted the case on behalf of the government. The Potomac Highlands Drug Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, investigated.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - SELL, DISTRIBUTE, OR DISPENSE

Outcome: Defendant placed on probation for a term of 3 years; $100 Special Assessment Fee; Fine is waived; Forfeiture ordered.
