Michael Christian Green, 26, while on duty as a certified law enforcement officer with the Pearl Police Department, forced an arrestee in custody to lick urine from the floor of a holding cell within the police department.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation with assistance from the Pearl Police Department.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Samuel Goff prosecuted the case.
