Dakota Chase Buzzsrd, age 21, conspired with others to carry and use a firearm during a crime of violence.

Jerry Tapp, age 48, was fatally shot in his front year near Jay, Oklahoma on August 1, 2019.

Tapp's girlfriend was shot in an arm after she opened the door to check on the noise she heard.

Defendant was arrested with his brother, Cody Buzzard, and their father, James William Buzzard. Cody Buzzard pled guilty to second-degree murder in Indian Country.

The Buzzards are Native Americans and the crimes occurred in Indian Country.
