Sandy Williams, age 42,, Jason Robert Hopson, age 37, and Jacob Richard Nokusece Wind, age 40,, were charged with assaulting Tulsa Police Officer Ronald Neal during a rally in support of Native American activist Leonard Peltier on February 7, 2022.
Wind pleaded guilty in January to simple assault.
Outcome: Defendant Williams and Hopson were found not guilty on the felony charge and guilty in the simple assault.
