Plaintiff claimed that Defendant Ronnie Roden, a sergeant with the Rogers County Sheriff's department, and was the lead investigator and directed the unlawful arrest of Plaintiff. Plaintiff claimed that Roden acted intentionally with malice such that the Oklahoma Governmental Tort Claims Act does not provide immunity for him for his actions.
On October 22, 2019, Plaintiff was arrested for accessory to murder and such arrest lacked probable cause. Moreover, such arrest was in retaliation for Plaintiff not answering questions, which was her constitutional right. She claimed that she was falsely arrested in violation of 42 U.S.C. 1983, that the arrest constituted malicious prosecution, and that defendants retaliated against in violation of her constitutional rights.
