Description:


St. Louis, Missouri criminal defense lawyers represented the Defendant charged with distribution of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of cocaine and illegal re-entry after deportation.



Violation of 21 U.S.C. 841 and 8 U.S.C. 1326.

Outcome: The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of: 14 months on each of counts six and eight, all such terms to be served concurrently. Upon release from imprisonment, the defendant shall be on supervised release for a term of: three (3) years. This term consists of a term of three years on count six and one year on count eight, all such terms to run concurrently. Special Assessment of $200.00 due immediately.
