In this pleading, Plaintiff claimed that Defendant violated FOIA by failing to timely conduct a search for documents after receiving Plaintiff's request and failing to reasonably conduct that search, all in violation of 5 U.S.C. § 552. See id. ¶¶ 27-33. Plaintiff seeks injunctive and declaratory relief in the form of a court order requiring Defendant to provide the additional records that are properly subject to disclosure.

Outcome: Defendant's motion for summary judgment granted.
