On August 15, 2018, within the Eastern District of Oklahoma, in Indian Country, the defendant did unlawfully kill another human being while in the commission of an unlawful act not amounting to a felony, that is operating a motor vehicle under the influence of one or more intoxicating substances, contrary to 47 Oklahoma Statute Section 11-902, without due caution and circumspection and with a wanton and reckless disregard for human life, and knew and should have known that her conduct imperiled the lives of others.
The charges arose from an investigation by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the Colbert and Calera City Police Departments and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
