Description:
Outcome: We find that the detective’s observation of tracks leading into building
three did not constitute a search, and therefore, it was not in violation of the Fourth Amendment. We further find that there was sufficient probable cause to obtain the search warrant. The trial court’s denial of Evenson’s motion to suppress was based on credible, competent evidence. We therefore affirm the trial court’s judgment.
