Bradley Dillon Bales, age 36, was accused of killing Burt Kutt, age 55, whose remains were found during a welfare check on June 8, 2020 in his garage in Catoosa, Oklahoma. The victim's remains were burned beyond recognition, but his identity was identified through dental records.

Madison Broyles, 20, and Kayla Harche, 25, have also been arrested and charged in relation to Hutt's murder.

Outcome: DEFENDANT SWORN; NON-NATIVE. DFT ADVISED OF RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL, DFT WAIVES RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY. COURT ACCEPTS WAIVER FINDING IT GIVEN KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WITH ASSISTANCE OF GOOD LEGAL COUNSEL AND THE DFT IS COMPETENT TO DO SO.
