Description: Stillwater, Oklahoma criminal defense lawyer represented Defendant charged with third degree burglary in violation of 21 O.S. 1435 (B), which provides:

B. Every person who breaks and enters any automobile, truck, trailer or vessel of another, in which any property is kept, with intent to steal any property therein or to commit any felony, is guilty of burglary in the third degree.

IN CF-22-98 COUNTS 4&5 THE DEFENDANT IS TO SERVE 1 YEAR IN THE PAYNE COUNTY JAIL AND REGISTER AS TO THE METHAMPHETAMINE REGISTRATION ACT IN COUNT 4. IN CF-21-463 COUNT 1 THE COURT REVOKES 5 YEARS OF THE DEFENDANTS SUSPENDED SENTENCE TO SERVE IN THE CUSTODY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS. IN COUNT 2 THE COURT REVOKES THE BALANCE OF THE DEFENDANTS SUSPENDED SENTENCE TO SERVE IN THE PAYNE COUNTY JAIL. IN CASE CF-21-165 RESTITUTION IS TO BE DETERMINED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THIS DATE. THE DEFENDANT IS GIVEN CREDIT FOR TIME SERVED AND ALL CASES AND COUNTS ARE TO RUN CONCURRENT ONE WITH THE OTHER. THE DEFENDANT IS TO PAY COURT COST AND COST OF INCARCERATION. THE COURT ADVISES THE DEFENDANT OF HIS APPEAL RIGHTS AND EXONERATES THE BONDS. THE COURT DIRECTS THE DEFENDANT TO REPORT TO THE COURT CLERK WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF RELEASE TO ADDRESS COSTS.
