Description: Tulsa, Oklahoma criminal lawyer represented Defendant charged with first-degree murder.

Skyler Neill, now 15, was accused of shooting and killing Lamar Norman outside an apartment located near 61st and Peoria in Tulsa on December 27, 2022.

The Defendant was allegedly the member of a gang that had been disrespected by another gang which included Lamar Norman who was shot and killed during a gun battle between the two groups.

While defendant shot at the Norman group, his shot was not the shot that hit Norman.

Norman, as it turns out, was shot by a member of his own group.

The autopsy report revealed that Lamar Norman died from a gun shot from a weapon of a difference caliber than the gun used by Neill.

Outcome: 09-02-2022 DISMISSED
