Description: Tulsa, Oklahoma criminal law lawyer represented defendant charged robbery with a firearm in violation of 21 O.S.C. 801 and assault while masked or disguised in violation of 21 O.S. 1-375.
Xavier Michael Babudar, age 28, a KC Chief's SuperFan, was arrested for robbing the Tulsa Teachers Credit Union. He is being held in the Tulsa County Jail on $200,000 bail.
That he was robbing the credit union was called in by a bystander and Babudar was arrested before he could get away with the money.
It is reported that he was armed.
Outcome: An indictment is not proof of guilt.
