Guthrie, OK - The State of Oklahoma, ex rel. Department of Transportation sued Rex Morgan, Nicki Morgan and Rex Morgan Cars, LLC on eminent domain theories seeking to acquire by condemnation certain rights, title and interests in real property owned by Defendants for public purposes.

The Commissioners appointed by the Court that they believed that the Defendants suffered $423,960 in damages as a result of the taking of their property.
