Oklahoma City, OK - Oklahoma Turnpike Authority sued Doris L. Vorel; Paul M. Vorel, Jr.; Tracy A. Beutler; Gregory P. Root; The Oklahoma Court Board of Commissioners and the Treasurer of Oklahoma County on eminent domain theory seeking to acquire by condemnation certain rights, title and interest in real property owned by the Vorels for public use.
