Description: Norman, Oklahoma personal injury lawyer represented Plaintiffs, who sued Defendants on personal tort theories claiming that defendants wrongfully accused Plaintiffs of of criminal and civil acts in June, 2016. Specifically, Plaintiffs claimed that Defendants wrongfully accused Plaintiff of human trafficking and of forcing Defendant At. Toem to give up her baby for adoption and that all stores relating to any or all investigators by Defendants were entire false, fictitious and malicious.

Defendant Sullivan is an attorney who practices in Norman, Oklahoma.

Defendant At Toem is a Cambodian national to arrived in the United States in 2014 and was sponsored by the Kchaos.

Toem's parents allegedly incurred $8,000 to finance her transportation to the United States and to pay an agency to get her a job in the United States.

The Plaintiffs paid the $8,000 with the understanding that Teom would repay the money.

Toem was pregnant when she arrived in the U.S. and abortion and/or adoption was discussed with her and she decided that adoption was the best option.

Toem was taken to The Eden Clinc for are and counseling about adoption, and The Deconess Pregancy and Adoption agency was contacted.

Defendant Marlow worked for Plaintiffs but terminated her employment with them on December 5, 2015 and was aware that Toem was working for Plaintiffs.

As a result of statements make by Defendants to the FBI, a search warrant was issued and Plaintiffs' business and residence were searched.
