Description: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma personal injury lawyer represented Plaintiff, who sued Defendants on medical malpractice theories claiming been injured and/or damaged as a direct result of substandard care when he was operated on for an abdominal aortic aneurysm on November 5, 2017.

Plaintiff claimed that he was discharged on November 14, 2017 despite continuing symptoms of peripheral artery disease and a hemoglobin level of 7.4.

Plaintiff was later readmitted on November 17, 2017 and underwent a right groin exploration with placement of a 7 mm Hemashield graft, fem-popliteal on the right, with reconfiguration and rebuilding of fem-fem anastomosis in the right groin.

Outcome: Plaintiff claimed to have suffered more than $75,000 in injuries and/or damages. Settled for an undisclosed confidential sum approved by the Court.
