Stilwell, OK - The State of Oklahoma, ex rel. Department of Transportation sued The Helm Living Trust on an eminent domain theory seeking to acquire by condemnation certain rights, title and interest in real property owned by the defendant for public use.

The Commissioners appointed by the Court awarded the Defendant $16,500.

Both parties demanded a jury trial on the issue of damages.

VERDICT: IN FAVOR OF THE DEFENDANT, THE HELM LIVING TRUST, DATED AUGUST 4, 1994; DELBERT NEIL HELM, TRUSTEE, AND FIX COMPENSATION AT $20,000.
