Petitioner and Respondent were married in 2020. A child was born of the marriage in 2021. Petitioner claimed that a state of complete and irreconcilable incompatibility existed between the parties. Petitioner sought joint custody of the child. Petitioner asked that each party be responsible for the debts incurred by them before they got married and after they separated. Petitioner asked the court to order the parties to pay their fees and costs.

Outcome: Divorce granted. The Court found that both parties were both fit and proper parents and joint custody with respondent to be the primary custodial parent. The Court further ordered that Petitioner pay $340.00 a month in child support.
