I received my BA from Western Kentucky University in 1978 and my J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1982. I was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1982, the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky in 1983, the U.S. Supreme Court in 1990 and the United States Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit in 1991. I'm a member of the Northern Kentucky Bar, American Bar Association, Kentucky Association of Trial Attorneys, and the Kentucky Justice Association. I am married and have two daughters.
